6 Simple Steps to FUNDraise Days:
1. Fill out the FUNDraise Days Request Form and return it to the store.
2. You will be contacted as soon as possible to schedule a date and time for your fundraising event. The FUNDRAISE DAYS program is offered Monday through Saturday and can be scheduled at any time open to close. Please allow at least two weeks advance notice of an event date request. Subject to availability.
3. Your invitation template will be emailed or sent as a hard copy in the mail for you to reproduce as many copies as needed.
4. Your organization's supporters will promote the event in the community and distribute the invitations to as many friends, family members, co-workers and neighbors as possible. Please note: Soliciting guests in or around store premise during the event is not permitted.
5. On the event date chosen, your invited guests will enjoy shopping while generating funds for your group.
6. Your guests will present their personal invitations at checkout. Baubles by Maclyn will donate 15% of invitation holder's total purchase excluding tax. A check will be sent in the mail from our corporate office to your organization within 2-3 weeks of the event date.
